Senior AI/LLM Engineer

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior AI/LLM Engineer to lead our AI enablement initiatives. You'll work on cutting-edge LLM integration projects, build evaluation harnesses, and implement production-ready guardrails for AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM integration patterns
• Build evaluation harnesses for model performance
• Implement guardrails for PII, hallucinations, and safety
• Create monitoring dashboards for AI systems
• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Deep expertise in LLM integration and fine-tuning
• Strong Python skills with PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and guardrails
• Knowledge of PII detection and hallucination mitigation
• Experience with monitoring and observability for AI systems
